The Lower School in Waterford Township - is a NJ DOE approved private school for the handicapped. It provides a nurturing & educational experience for students ages 3 through 21 with Multiple Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Communication Disabilities, Other Health Impairments and Pre-School Disabilites (PSD). Our students, who  may also be challenged socially, neurologically, and economically, receive not just an education, but also additional support services needed to succeed in life. Learning takes place in traditional classroom settings with a high level of personal attention. Certified teachers, counselors and therapists work with students in small class environments, delivering caring educational services that all parents desire for their children. The Lower School curriculum also offers fun activities and social interaction, so important in any stimulating school program. A full-service cafeteria, large gymnasium, two swimming facilities and a lake-side setting ideal for fishing and boating, give our students the opportunity to learn and practice life skills in serene surroundings.
