Beechwood School

Po Box 73, Haddonfield, NJ, 08033-0803
The Beechwood School is a family owned, independent, state licensed preschool and kindergarten. It opened in 1951 at its present site by the Rodman family. It was one of the first nursery schools and summer camps in the area. The Beechwood School believes that children develop at their own pace, naturally and sequentially if given time and stimulation. The needs of the children at each developmental level are important. These needs are met by providing age appropriate activities and environments that include social, emotional, intellectual, creative, and physical aspects of learning. Children, when ready, will be able to internalize information and concepts which lead to mastering a skill.
