Hawthorne Christian Academy is a K-12, coeducational, college preparatory day school that provides a strong academic program based upon the truths and principles of Scripture. The school was founded in 1981 as a ministry of the Hawthorne Gospel Church. It is evangelical and interdenominational, with selective admissions. At Hawthorne Christian Academy, we are in the business of building foundations for life. We do not look only to the present status of our students, but view them as ambassadors for Christ, children with a mission and a destiny. It is our mission to train young people to become spiritually mature, committed to serving Jesus Christ throughout their lives. We seek to educate students to their potential and to instill in them the excitement of lifelong learning.
