Incarnation-St. James School exists as a faith community that strives to develop the whole child by following the precepts and example of Jesus Christ, the Master Teacher. The administration, faculty, and staff continually integrate the Good News of Salvation with the skills necessary to function in the world God has created. Personal sanctification is the central reason for Incarnation-St. James' existence. The vision of education at Incarnation-St. James School is embedded in our religious philosophy, as children are encouraged to develop their God-given talents to their full potential. Our teachers are role models of enthusiasm, love, and service who strive to find avenues for the success of individual learning styles. The teachers and administration create an atmosphere where knowing how to learn is as important as what is learned. Numerous teaching strategies promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills which will prepare the students to become knowledgeable, responsible Christians who will continue to pursue truth, human dignity, and social justice in our world.
