St Bartholomew School
School Notes Overview:
At Saint Bartholomew School, our excellence in education is provided through a combination of factors. Our students are prepared to face the challenges of the future through programs and techniques which enable and encourage active learning while attending to individual attention. Our school curriculum is based on a combination of Diocese of Metuchen and New Jersey State guidelines. As we seek each year to review and renew curriculum areas, we constantly strive to meet the standards of our state and Diocese, as this is in the best interest of our youth. The true evaluation of our work and mission is exemplified in the success of our graduates. Students and high schools have reported back to Saint Bartholomew’s with positive evaluations of the preparedness of our children. Our teachers are dedicated to sharing learning experiences which invigorate the mind, while assuring the school’s lifelong dedication to the importance of basic skills, reading and writing. Students are active in lab experiences, group activities and “hands-on” learning at all grade levels. In addition, our full time teachers in the areas of Physical Education, Music, Art, Computers and Spanish assist Saint Bartholomew’s in meeting the needs of the whole child; mind, body and, most importantly to our Catholic School, spirit. ...
