Says Keanna Cruz , a fifth-grader at All Saints: "For my flag, I drew green and blue stripes because of the sky and the grass. I drew the stars because of the stars in the sky. The houses and water are Hoboken and the Hudson River. I love Hoboken so that's way I drew a heart."

That's the 2009 graduating class of Hoboken Catholic Academy . Their graduation was held June 6.
Hoboken Little Leaguer pitches perfect game (El Nuevo)

That's Anthony Branda , above, the 12-year-old pitcher of Dom's Bakery team in the Hoboken Little League. Branda pitched a perfect game this past Sunday, striking out 14 out of 18 batters and sending Dom's Bakery to victory over Piccolo's.
Hoboken Rotary raises money for local hospital (El Nuevo)

The Hoboken Rotary Club hosted an art auction last month, where they raised $11,216 for local Hoboken non-profits and organizations. The Hoboken University Medical Center , which co-hosted the event, received half of that money, $5,608. The funds will be used for the expansion of the Infusion Center at the HUMC.
