- The Spring School offer classes fom Preschool to 8th Grade. Our teachers are trained to "follow the child". They respect the choice of a little girl, just experiencing the power of learning to control her pincer fingers, who heads straight for the tweezers and spends forty minutes transferring beads from one bowl to another. Curiosity and independence are fostered by the freedom in our class. Every child has strengths as well as weaknesses. We respect both. Our curriculum is structured and sequenced. Each child moves through it at his or her own rate. At the Spring School, it is "cool" to be smart, and friends are eager to compare their levels of achievement. We aim to produce students who think clearly and write well, and who are confident of their ability to solve problems.
