CCA is consistently ranked by Buffalo Business First's annual "Guide to WNY Schools" among the top public and private schools in the 8 counties of WNY. 100% of graduates are accepted into college and university with several annually being named AP Scholars and National Merit Commended and Finalist students. Some high school heroes are cooking up hope and help at McDonald's on Transit Road in Williamsville. Students and teachers from Christian Central Academy held a fundraiser tonight in which teachers helped serve food and students greeted customers.

The No. 1 ranking among Western New York's middle schools has resembled a revolving door in recent years. Williamsville's Transit Middle School finished first in 2006. Buffalo's City Honors School pushed into the top spot in 2007. And Williamsville's Casey Middle School rotated to the front in 2008.
