GWCCS students, staff, parents, and community, through cooperative efforts will provide a safe, child oriented environment; one which builds self-esteem, self-discipline, and the essential skills for life-long learning. Through accepting the differences of others and using responsible decision making, students will exhibit qualities of good citizenship with the motivation to invent, dream, and explore in our changing world, becoming productive members of their Church and local community. Goals of GWCCS is to teach as Jesus did: develop communication skills that include grammar, reading, composition, spelling, and penmanship; help each child build within herself/himself the foundation of creative thinking based on Religious values and Christian attitudes; provide information needed to deal intelligently with today’s issues; and offer enrichments programs such as art, music, physical education, Spanish, and computer.
