At the Mohawk Country Home School, children are grouped by age and developmental levels. Small classes with caring, knowledgeable teachers create a happy, comfortable setting. We utilize the remarkable 40-acre Mohawk Day Camp site, complete with an animal farm, apple orchard, grape arbor, playing fields, gymnasium, music rooms, and computer center. At Mohawk, we carefully tailor activities to suit our Preschool, Junior Camp, and Senior Camp programs. As our campers grow, so do their appropriate exposures to a carefully balanced camp day. From our gentle, supportive preschool programs, children progress to Junior camp, where expanded activities and an exposure to week-long elective choices ease their transition to our unique and well-known Senior Camp. Mohawk's goal is to help campers enjoy and succeed in a wide range of physical and creative activities. These are carefully scheduled to appropriately balance a child's day.
