Founded in 1938, North Country School is a co-educational boarding school for children in grades four to nine, located on a 200-acre farm on beautiful Round Lake in the Adirondack mountains of Lake Placid, New York. We are a co-ed junior boarding school for boys and girls in grades 4 - 9 with enriched academic curriculum, small classes and residential family-style houses. Paul Smith's College has received a shipment of vaccine for H1N1 influenza and will be distributing it to students and staff. Registration today at School of Ballet LAKE PLACID — The Lake Placid School of Ballet will hold a final registration session from 3 to 6 p.m. today at the Arts Center Dance Studio.
