- St. Cecilia School's philosophy of teaching the "whole child" with his or her individual needs and differences is demonstrated with kindness, respect, understanding and patience. In keeping with that philosophy, the school operates both a Learning Disabled Center, which is noted throughout the NYC area, and an Enrichment Program.
- The Learning Center recognizes the challenges and potential gifts within diverse learners by offering small class sizes and a multi-sensory approach to learning the academic subjects of Reading, Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies. Students can also receive specialized services such as Speech, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ESL, Counseling and Title I Reading and Math within the school.
- Currently open to students in grades 5-8K who maintain first honors and achieve high standardized test scores, the Enrichment Program curriculum recognizes the needs and challenges of bright, motivated students.
