St. Gregory the Great School is a failth filled school of excellence.  We pride ourselves in the development of the whole child spititually and academically.  The standards here are high but we do all that we can to be sure that all students are able to reach these standards.  This school has adopted the Common Core State Standards and participate in the New York State Testing Program in grades 3-8 in ELA and Math.  Our results are higher than schools across New York State and in particular in this area.  Grades 2 and 6 take the Iowa CoGat's to assess overall performance.
