St. Mary’s School endeavors to develop the spiritual, academic and social skills of all its students. MIDDLEBURY — Elsie Wimette Patnode died 100 years young on Feb. 22, 2008, in her home in Middlebury. She was born Dec. 12, 1907, in Whiting, the daughter of Julius Wimette Jr. and Elizabeth (Maheu) Wimette.
