Founded in 1978, Family Life Center is a truly exceptional residential treatment program and private school. Integrating state-of-the-art treatment and educational programs in a nurturing family environment, Family Life Center has achieved a distinctive “Learning Community”. Family Life Center offers a rare opportunity for children to transform dysfunctional and destructive patterns into positive, self-sustaining values that encourage a healthy, balanced way of life. Our program is designed to teach students to integrate and ground important life decisions in core values such as love, joy, compassion, and equanimity. Students are guided by highly professional staff who embody and model the same standards of behavior, depth of caring, and interpersonal skills to which the students are held. An ongoing comprehensive staff training and development program emphasizing the value of learning is integral to our success with children.
