School Notes:

The Hill Center Academic Program is a nationally-recognized K-12 school year program for students with learning differences and attention deficit disorders. With the Orton-Gillingham approach as its foundation, and precision teaching as the format for charting and graphing student progress, the Hill Methodology is a comprehensive system of individualized multisensory instruction. At The Hill Center, students receive instruction in reading, written language, math and foreign language in half-day classes with a 4:1 student/teacher ratio. Hill Center students spend the other half of their school day at their public or private school, to which they typically return full-time after three to four years. The Hill Center also provides Student Enrichment opportunities, Tutoring, and Summer School programs for the broader community.
