First Lutheran Preschool's purpose is to care for and educate children in their formative years; provide a stable and loving environment for each child's learning experience; and maintain a professional staff of experienced Christian teachers. Our goals are to encourage and help each child develop to his/her potential; establish a positive attitude and appreciation of others; foster the development of the whole child - physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually; challenge the child's intellect through stimulation and encouragement; develop a child's social skills through sharing and interaction with others; and provide the basics of the Christian faith in a non-sectarian way. An exciting and challenging age-appropriate curriculum is provided for the children, which includes art, literature, music and science. Each child is guided through their learning experiences to reach new heights of accomplishment.
