School Notes Overview: |
First Lutheran Schools exist with the distinct purpose of providing a Christ-centered, quality education for young people of the San Fernando Valley area. In seeking to foster this purpose we assist the Christian home and church in their God given responsibility to train the children of God; teach God's Word, increase the student's knowledge of God, and stimulate his/her baptismal relationship with Jesus Christ; help students identify themselves as children of God and as members of Christ's body in all they say, think and do; develop alert, skillful, and responsible Christian citizens who serve their Lord and neighbor as a demonstration of their faith; and provide a rigorous academic background and skills to meet the challenges of higher education and adulthood. ...read more
