Christ Emmanuel Christian Academy
School Notes Overview:
The Christ Emmanuel Christian Academy was birthed out of the vision and ministry of Bishop Michael E. Dantley and the Christ Emmanuel Christian Fellowship in 1993. Most of our children come from within the urban centers of the Cincinnati area. Our student population consists of families of diverse socio-economic experiences, familial configurations, varied educational potential and preparation, as well as a broad range of spiritual experiences. It has been our intent to draw from the diverse population of the Cincinnati area, fostering broad social experiences for many, as well as providing opportunities for those families who might not otherwise be able to afford a private education for their children. The dedicated faculty and staff of the Academy are impressively prepared to provide professional and caring instruction to the students. Of the six certified professional educators, five have Masters’ Degrees, including certification in Special Education by its principal, Carol Dantley, Reading Specialist, Ann Tillman, Educational Leadership by Teacher/Assistant Principal, Jerron Gray, and, of course, a Doctorate in Educational Leadership by its founder and Superintendent, Michael Dantley. Collectively the faculty represents over 110 years of Educational experience. Combine the educational preparation and experience with the call of Christ upon the lives of these men and women, and students and their families receive the benefit of the heart of Jesus Christ being poured into the lives of children every day, making a positive difference towards building lives for the Kingdom of God. ...
