- In partnership with the family and the local church, our mission is the salvation, the discipleship, and the education for life and service of the students entrusted to our care. Open Door Christian Schools is a coeducational, preschool through grade twelve predominantly college preparatory day school serving primarily Christian families. Governed by a board of directors, is a non-profit, non-denominational ministry of the Church of the Open Door. The School is committed to the historic Christian perspective of life as set forth in the Bible, recognizing God as the creator of all things, and the Holy Spirit as the Comforter and Convictor of the believer, and the Son of God as Savior of all who believe in Him. Open Door Christian Schools is committed to the Judeo-Christian ethic and holds that the knowledge of God is the beginning of wisdom; that the Bible is the infallible, inerrant word of God; that fellowship with God is the basis for true fellowship with one another; that each student is uniquely created by God and is endowed with particular talents. Therefore, the aim of our Christian School, functioning as an extension of the home, is to nurture each student in his or her development as a whole person: spiritually, mentally, physically and socially--providing the opportunity to educate for eternity.
