St. Lawrence is a Roman Catholic Elementary School where faculty, staff, parents, and students work together to learn, and through example, live the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our faculty and staff are committed to the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, physical, social, and cultural development of each student. St. Lawrence School strives to instill in each student the following: respect for self, others, and the communities in which they live, responsibility and accountability for their actions, a personal challenge for academic excellence, and the desire to pursue and enjoy life-long learning. Gladys Marie Kling, 83, of West Lafayette, died at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at University Place in West Lafayette. Formerly from Cincinnati, she moved to the Greater Lafayette area in 1999.
