School Notes Overview: |
GHS strives to be a premier Jr. Kindergarten through Eighth Grade educational community. The school’s administration, staff and parents nurture and expand the potential of each student. Our values-based education develops students’ intellect, creativity, and character within a small-group learning environment. At GHS we offer our students “A Complete Education” at a value we feel is un-match in the Sacramento area. In addition to the basics in english, math and science, we offer enrichment courses and modules in drama, music, computer science, Spanish, personal development, physical education and after school sports programs. Our parents generously volunteer to supplement the teacher’s curriculum by teaching modules in their areas of expertise: computers, science, sports education, etc. The dedication of GHS teachers and administration, combined with strong parental values provided GHS with state-of-the-art facilities for music, drama, dance and computer science. ...read more
