Sisters Christian Academy
School Notes Overview:
Sisters Christian Academy commitment to an excellent academic program is seen in our exceptional teaching staff and world-class curriculum. Our teachers are well educated, experienced, and highly qualified. They form an especially cohesive team, focusing extra time and energy in collectively seeking depth of knowledge of subject matter, using and evaluating the best teaching methods, and meeting every student's individual educational needs. We cherish the opportunity to partner with parents in this rewarding endeavor. Sisters Christian Academy is the vision of a group of parents who recognized the value of consistent Christian Education. Their belief is that training must begin in the home, continue in the church, and be reinforced in the school. Sisters Christian Academy has been established to support the educational values of home and church by providing solid Christian training and education. Sisters Christian Academy will follow the classical model. However, we know that students who enroll in SCA will come with different educational experiences: private school, public school, and even home school. For this reason teachers will plan lessons, which will meet the needs of all students. Classes will be challenging but any student who works diligently will be successful. Sisters Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs....
