Bryant Chapman can appreciate how much work it takes to raise a grand champion 4-H lamb at the Monroe County Fair. The South Rockwood youth garnered his second overall champion in four years Monday when his 135-pound Suffolk was picked the best from among 169 sheep entered in the market show.
