Here is Wednesday's Sentinel police log. Carlisle police (243-5252) • A Toshiba laptop computer and several picture frames were stolen from an apartment in the 100 block of North East Street sometime before 4:18 p.m. Oct. 9. The owner believes the thief entered by the back door, but police said all doors to the apartment were locked.

Three boys from Carson Long Military Institute in New Bloomfield were taken to Carlisle Regional Medical Center with minor injuries after a Spring Township crash at 12:44 p.m. Monday, according to state police at Newport.
