Happy Hours Preschool and Kindergarten has been an ongoing part of the ministry of the Lodi Community Church since 1971.
The purpose of our school is to provide a Christian environment where children can learn and develop in an atmosphere that fosters love and security.
Our school has grown from one to seven classrooms serving children from the ages of 2 years old through our Kindergarten program.
The Early Learner class focuses on learning colors and shapes along with social and language skills through play, music, movement and rhyme.
They will get an introduction to the alphabet and experience many other activities to encourage growth and strength in their large and small motor skills.
Our Pre-Kindergarten classes are designed for Kindergarten readiness.
We focus on the alphabet and phonics along with math and other relational concepts.
Seasonal activities and Field trips are a highlight for this age group.
Periodic screening is done so parents can see the progress their child is making.
The Kindergarten class is unique in its size.
The low student/teacher ratio allows for lots of individual attention.
The class uses ABEKA and ACSI curriculum which is Christian based.
The teacher works diligently to make sure the class is achieving the State Standards for California.

School Reviews

  • Recommended March 18, 2013 - Happy Hours is a very family oriented school, they have family picnics, and fun activities for the whole family. This school has been serving the community for over 40 years. Facilities need improvement, but the teachers are fantastic. - Posted by Parent
