High Point Academy is an independent, co-ed kindergarten to eighth grade elementary school that has been a mainstay of private education in Pasadena since 1965. High Point Academy strives to awaken in each child the joy of learning and to educate by emphasizing the acquisition of basic skills to master all subjects. The rigorous academic curriculum stresses command of both the written and oral language and mathematical concepts as tools for analytical thinking. The school provides a safe and nurturing environment which enables each child to flourish academically, emotionally, morally, socially, and physically. Through careful fiscal responsibility and resource management, High Point Academy seeks to make this quality education economically accessible to as many families as possible.
