The Yetter Insurance Agency and Matamoras Volunteer Fire Department did a presentation earlier this month on fire safety for the kindergarten through third grade classes at New Life Christian Day School in Matamoras. George Edward Boyd of Port Jervis, NY, died Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis. He was 47. He was born July 28, 1962 in Sussex, NJ, the son of the late Charles Robert and the late Inez Hardick Boyd Sr.
