Horizon Jr. & Sr. High School is a non-denominational, Biblically based school that teaches academic excellence while developing in students a Christian perspective of the world and encouraging a lifetime of service to Jesus Christ. Horizon offers curriculum programs preparing its students for a number of post secondary options. Graduates can gain acceptance into the college or university of their choice through successful completion of honors and Advanced Placement coursework. Preparation for entrance into community colleges can be accomplished by completing high school graduation requirements. Students can also go directly into armed services or the general workforce with skills acquired at Horizon and/or programs like Regional Occupational Program during the junior and senior years. ...read more
