St. Joseph School
School Notes Overview:
Saint Joseph School's "lived" philosophy reflects a community of faith that exists to spread the message of Jesus Christ by word and example. Saint Joseph School fosters personal and academic growth and development. These expriences facilitate the children's growth into mature Christians. The school community serves the students, faculty, staff, parents, parish, and local community. We believe that the school should provide an atmosphere of acceptance, trust and love which will help facilitate the children’s growth into mature Christians. It is believed that with this background children will be able to take full part in the Church and world community in joyful service to others according to the Message of Christ. As Christians, we are called to the imitation of Jesus Christ. All children should be encouraged to develop a satisfactory sense of self, their talents and limitations and Gospel values. From this will flow a respect for all of God’s creatures and the recognition of our own personal accountability to one another and self....
