CHARLES TOWN - The State Fire Marshal's office has issued a report calling for a Jefferson County Christian academy to remedy 18 points of noncompliance before it can reopen. In the report, the office states that Bolivar Christian Academy does not meet the requirements for fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems and a variety of other issues.
