Nashville Christian School - Where Students Dream, Believe and Do.
In West Nashville, there is a place where students dream big, believe in themselves and do great things. That place is Nashville Christian School - a PreK-12th grade college-preparatory school that offers challenging academics from a Christian perspective.
For more than 30 years, thousands of West Nashville families have trusted Nashville Christian School to provide a quality education for their children—to help them realize and pursue their full potential spiritually, intellectually, physically, and socially. Visit our campus and learn more about the Nashville Christian School experience.
At Nashville Christian, our teachers/faculty seek to mentor and guide our students into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. It is our goal that they leave this school with not only a great education, but also with a solid faith that will carry them throughout the rest of their lives. It is our goal to nurture their relationship with Jesus through chapel, small groups, mission trips and service projects.
We work hard to provide a high-quality college preparatory education for our students. Qualified, committed teachers--combined with a safe, structured, carefully managed learning environment--ensure that each student can succeed.
More than anything, I treasure NCS because it provides a close-knit community. Every teacher, support staff, and even the president of the school call my sons by name. They are known and they are loved. It's truly a precious place to be.
Our athletic department operates as an extension of our school's mission. We believe in the importance of athletics as a platform to teach the gospel and to impact our students lives both during and after their career at NCS. The importance of commitment, responsibility, self-sacrifice, and teamwork are emphasized throughout all of our 29 Elementary, Middle, and High School sports opportunities.
This past December nearly 50 of our students and 10 faculty members went to Mexico for a week to work with the
Our Vision is to help students realize and pursue their full potential—spiritually, intellectually, physically, and socially—while learning to be secure in their relationship with God.

School Reviews

This is our first year at Nashville Christian. We moved from out of state and, as soon as we visited the school, we had no doubt that it was where we wanted to be. We were impressed with the curriculum and the focus on values and principles. But the thing that has stood out the most to us is the spirit. There is a joyfulness here that starts at the very top and pervades the entire place, all the way down to the kids and the parents. We have a kindergartner and a 4th grader and we''ll be here until our kindergartner graduates high school.

Nashville Christian has given our children an opportunity to learn and grow not just in an academic setting, but spiritually, athletically, and through extra-curricular activities. Teachers at NCS have invested in our children?''s lives. We have only attended for two years and have experienced the teachers, staff and coaches to be supportive, encouraging, available, understanding and kind. I also love that NCS welcomes parental involvement on any level. I believe Nashville Christian will help prepare my kids for college and most importantly give them a foundation for helping and serving others.
