Overbrook School is a private, Catholic, co-educational elementary school, preschool through eighth grade, owned and administered by the Dominican Sisters of the St. Cecilia Congregation. Founded in 1936, Overbrook is committed to providing an atmosphere in which children can grow to their fullest potential in all areas: spiritual, intellectual, cultural, physical and social. The schools of the Dominican Campus exist primarily to enable students to learn in a Christ-centered atmosphere of love and truth. Overbrook School reflects the philosophy of the Catholic Church as it pertains to education. Each student is recognized as an individual of eternal worth whose immortal soul is destined for happiness with God. Each child is called by God for a specific work.
