This year was very difficult with the pandemic. Brentwood was such and blessing and we and our son have enjoyed our experience at Brentwood for Pre-K. The whole staff is amazing and we feel that the educational experience he is getting is top notch. We will be attending Kindergarten next year .

Our family has been so blessed by Brentwood! It's a very loving and caring community and a terrific school academically. There is really something for everyone. Our daughter really loved participating in theater, our son loves playing football. We love the Christ-centered environment at BCS! When we moved to town 10 years ago, they were both welcomed with open arms. It was around valentine's day and the 6th graders in my daughter's class gave her cards on her first day. I've also noticed that the kids at Brentwood are sometimes sad about graduating and they talk about how much they are going to miss it. I never remember remembered kids saying that when I was in school!

We came to BCS for Pre-K (K4) during COVID. Although we started the 2020-2021 school year with tuition-based Pre-K at a public school, we were dissatisfied when their plan to return to in-person instruction relied heavily on technology and inadequate in-person staffing for this age group. BCS was gracious and welcoming, even though we started late in the year. The process of applying and interviewing was speedy and smooth; our questions were answered quickly and compassionately. We loved the combination of safety measures and age-appropriate instructional models and staffing; we truly feel this was the closest to "normal" we could get this year, and we`re grateful for everything that went on behind-the-scenes in order to provide it. Our kid has enjoyed the expected elements of a Pre-K classroom (songs, handwriting, centers, themed units) and all of the special extras that make BCS unique: nature walks on the beautiful campus, campus-wide events like Jog-a-Fun and Grandparents` Day, and a small campus where everyone seems to know each kid and family by name. What's more, K4 students benefit from Art, Music, and P.E. classes, which are not offered in most public school Pre-K programs. We appreciate the frequent and thorough communication from our kid's teacher and from the school at large, especially because we couldn`t be physically present on the campus as much as we likely would have otherwise. Overall, we feel so lucky to have found in BCS a safe harbor and a positive, nurturing start to formal schooling for our kid! in this otherwise turbulent and stressful year. We are returning for Kindergarten!

If you are looking for a Christian school that's loving and fair Brentwood is the place for you! I am always touched by chapel when parents are allowed to attend, and I see how my investment is paying off. Great teachers, field trips, amazing sports opportunities and more!

This is my first year in America as well as in Brentwood Christian School. I worried so much because everything was new for me and covid made me scared. But all students and teachers were really nice to me. I have some language problems because I am an international student but my friends and teachers helped me a lot.

We nervously transferred to Brentwood Christian School during a middle of a pandemic, and we could not have made a better choice. The teachers are amazingly committed to their calling, and the community is welcoming and genuine, making the campus a joyful place to be. My children are in elementary, and while they are receiving a quality academic education, the school also focuses on the development of the whole child which is absolutely wonderful. I couldn't be happier with our choice to make the change during such an uncertain time.

Brentwood Christian School has challenged my children and pulled the best out of them academically. BCS is a spring board for college ensuring students are prepared for what is to come after high school.

Brentwood Christian has been such an answer to our prayers. We relocated to Texas a few years ago & were looking for a school for our 3 kids. Our oldest child has moved a few times with schools because of us relocating a few times & she has finally found a place that she really feels connected to. The students & teachers have been phenomenal! All of our kids are thriving!! We love Brentwood! God has made a way & we are so thankful He led us to Brentwood Christian School!

Our daughter has been at Brentwood Christian School for 6 years and we have been very pleased with our overall experience. She has had wonderful teachers who genuinely care about their students and the administration is great as well. There is a definite focus on academic excellence and it's done in a Christ-centered environment which is very important to us. The community of parents, teachers, and staff is amazing and one of the main reasons we love Brentwood!

Our daughter is currently in 9th grade and has attended Brentwood Christian since Pre-K. From the moment she started at Brentwood Christian we have been nothing but impressed with the quality of education and great level of care and compassion she receives from the faculty. The Brentwood Christian community is closely knit, caring, and welcoming to all families, regardless of whether they are a member of the Brentwood church. It is such a blessing to be able to provide a safe and caring environment for our daughter to receive a top-notch education from a faculty that actually cares about the development and wellbeing of the student. On top of all that, the tuition is the lowest in town!

Our children (16) & (13) have been students here for over 7 years and we are so grateful to have BCS as an option for their education. We feel that they are receiving a superior academic experience, with teachers who not only care about their grades but also about their emotional and spiritual wellbeing. The opportunities to participate in a wide range of extracurricular activities and the welcoming community of students are just some additional reasons we are so happy to be a part of this school.

We just joined the community last year and love the quality of education that our kid is receiving from Brentwood Christian School. Shout out to the teachers and staff, we are truly amazed by their genuine love and care for our kid. They truly go above and beyond to know and teach the students. They also do an excellent job integrating the Bible into the daily learning experience. During COVID time, they are able to provide safety protocols so that our kid can still enjoy the in classroom learning experience. We are looking forward to the years to come with Brentwood!

We love Brentwood Christian School! Our son is in second grade and he really enjoys the school and does not want to attend anywhere else. We are impressed with the school's focus on excellent academics, sports and music/art. Also, we appreciate the school's focus on Christian beliefs and God's love for all in this world. We heartily recommend Brentwood Christian School to anyone with elementary age children.

We moved to Austin from out of state this Fall and it was important to us that we continue our daughter's Christian School Education here. She had previously been attending a Christian School in the San Francisco Bay Area since she was in Kindergarten, and she was about to start her first year of Middle School at the time we moved. The amazing faculty and students at Brentwood have made our daughter's transition into a brand new school in a brand new state so warm and welcoming - she absolutely loves it there!! Beyond that, as parents we have been incredibly impressed with the high quality and level of education that Brentwood has provided her - (it has honestly blown her previous school out of the water!!) We cannot say enough good things about Brentwood, and would whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality education that is grounded in strong Biblical principles and whose educators are committed to personal investing in each student. SO impressed!

My two sons started at BCS during preschool. Now, in 7th and 9th grades. We are so blessed by our Brentwood school family, who have reached out to us in numerous ways after the death of my husband last month. The faculty, staff and Admin do everything to follow COVID protocols and still provide the best quality experience under the circumstances with the pandemic. BCS is welcoming to new students and regardless of how long your student is there, they are part of the BOCC family.

My child loves Brentwood Christian School. He is excited about the Christian based learning and the school has been organized and planned for in-person lessons in the current state of the pandemic. The school offers an extended day for working parents as well. Great facilities, lots of extracurricular choices for involvement. Communication from the Administration is excellent.

I am a former BCS student. I was an international student, went to Brentwood from 9th grade, and graduated in 2006. After graduating from BCS, I was accepted UT Austin. At that time, BCS did not have ESL program, but faculty was so nice and helped me to do well academically. Also, they guide me spiritually. After graduating UT Austin, I went to Seminary and got my masters in Christian Education and Christian School Education. While I was taking seminars for pursuing Christian School Education degree, I was more appreciated to BCS because they have a strong biblical foundation and philosophy. Currently, my two kids are BCS students: 1st grader and Kindergartener. They went there since Pre-K. Now, I experience BCS in parents` side of view. I can tell BCS was built on prayers and love of teachers. All administrators, staffs, and faculty do their best even in pandemic, and trustees are very supportive of children's spiritual and academic education.

All 3 of my kids will have attended Brentwood Christian from K-12th grade soon, and I believe that Brentwood Christian has provided a safe and strong Christian environment for their school learning. This should provide them with a solid foundation as they enter the real world.

When my husband and I toured schools, Brentwood stood out to us. Here's why: the kindness and maturity of the teens. They made eye contact with us and spoke with confidence. We knew we wanted the same for our kids. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The campus is a must-see, set on a beautiful greenbelt. Through the pressure of the pandemic, the leadership has been level-headed and reasonable, keeping the school open successfully with sensible precautions and flexible online offerings. A good school begins with good leadership, and Brentwood has it. The teachers are loving and strive for excellence. The families are diverse. It's a multi-cultural and even multi-religious community centered in the love of Jesus. As a mom, I always feel good taking my kids to school at Brentwood.

Brentwood provides a quality education dedicated to the true wellbeing of children. Our daughter started high school at Brentwood this year. We switched from public school over the summer so she could have an in-person learning experience. It has been the best decision we could have possibly made for her. Not only has she been in a physical classroom learning and making friends while public schools remained closed or were virtual, she has been able to safely experience all aspects of a high school such as sports, yearbook staff, art, science labs, school plays, and much more. (On a beautiful campus I must add!) At Brentwood she is receiving an excellent education focused on math, science, real history, writing, literature, and critical thinking (not social indoctrination) all grounded in Biblical Truth, like God is real, He's in charge, He loves you; He made you as you are for His good purpose. This is for the public school parent wondering should I get my child out of public school: YES, by all means yes. Listen to that inner voice warning you. You know what's happening, and frankly, it's not going to improve. I'm validating your concern. It's so much better once you move! :)

This is our first year at BCS. My daughter is in 1st grade there. She struggled in public school and was just lost in the mix. BCS has been an amazing experience for her. She feels so safe there and just loves school now. She has most definitely blossomed there. The sense of community is amazing, and she has thrived in this environment. My only regret is not enrolling her in this school from day one! Best decision we ever made joining the BCS community!

Brentwood Christian School has been a tremendous blessing to our family, especially our children, since we enrolled. The school and community checked all the boxes for us - faith-based, inclusive, rigorous curriculum, where our kids are flourishing and kindness matters, that goes through 12th grade. BCS staff and administration genuinely care for the welfare and experience of their families, which is evident in every decision they make and the planning of every detail in regards to school, children and anything BCS community related. The academic awards and rigorous curriculum are proof our kids are well prepared to enter higher education and be critical thinkers, as well as thoughtful contributors to the outside world. We love BCS and are thankful to be part of this community!

I have been a teacher at this school for nearly twenty years, which has enabled me to witness the growth of Brentwood. Brentwood has always been dedicated to helping students grow, but in recent years we have been able to grow more than I thought possible. We have gained new equipment, new facilities, and we recently added football! This has been a great activity that brings the community together on Friday nights. However, through all the growth the foundation of Brentwood remains; we are a school dedicated to teaching our students in a Christ centered environment. I believe in Brentwood enough that I sent my three children to school there, and it was one of the best decisions I have made. My oldest child thrived while in college and graduated with Honors from a private university. My second oldest is thriving while in college. My youngest is in high school and is loving the ability to participate in an academic competition, dance team, and sports.

I have two children who started here in kindergarten. One will be a senior, the other a 9th grader. Both have made National Honor Society, received recognition in extra-curricular activities, are taking college-level courses and accomplishing things way beyond the majority. They are being prepared for college and life but still are allowed to be kids and have fun. I have my kids here for 3 reasons: 1) the academic expectations are substantially higher than most public school and many other private schools so they are being taught at levels beyond the standard which will set them up for success in whatever they choose to do, 2) they can participate in any extra-curricular activities they want to be in and are encouraged to do so, 3) it is a Christian school, meaning the moral and ethical standards they are held to are significantly greater than public schools as well as other private schools. If you want the best for your kids, academically, spiritually and help them grow to be strong-minded adults who add to society this is a place for them.

BCS has blessed my two kids so much over the past 12 years. It is hard to believe my oldest will be a senior this year. I am so grateful that she is not only prepared academically to handle the challenges of college, but she is grounded in who she is as well. Academically my kids have learned to handle rigorous classes, but also how to be organized and multitask. I love that my kids can be involved in whatever extracurricular activities they would like to try to encourage not to limit themselves to only one thing to specialize in. I am so proud of who they have become and I know Brentwood Christian played a part in that.

I went to Brentwood Christian School from kindergarten all the way through twelfth grade. Brentwood is a school that has a strong community that will support you in whatever you do. There will be people cheering at the sports events and academic. Brentwood also presents the unique ability to do however many events you want! My junior year of high school I was able to participate in 21 extra curricular events that ranged from Varsity basketball to the debate team, and no matter what I was doing I could feel the support of my Brentwood family.

My child has been attending Brentwood Christian School since Kindergarten and we could not be more pleased! Our child is excelling academically, emotionally, and spiritually. The faculty and staff truly do care for each child. The community here is equally amazing, there are always events going on that help to bring the BCS families together.

Brentwood is a wonderful school with a strong community. From exceptional academics to athletics to arts to enrichment programming - Brentwood has it all. We love the community and the environment and our children love the student body and their daily experiences. With two graduates of Brentwood and another still in school I can honestly say it is the best investment we have made, and it shows in the people my children have grown to be.
