Cassandra Peters, daughter of Pamela Lavoie-Makshatt and Mohamed Makshatt, of Lowell, recently graduated from Army Boot camp at Fort Jackson In S.C. She will attend college in the fall, majoring in forensics. She is a graduate of Lowell High's ROTC class of 2009.
