Oct. 22: BA Charter School Bay Area Charter School will hold its 10-year celebration on Thursday, Oct. 22 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, in the Bayou Building Theater. Free tickets are available at each campus or by calling 281-316-0001.

A totem pole that used to stand in Houston’s Hermann Park has been located after being reported stolen from The Galloway School at 3200 W. Bay Area Blvd.
