Jeers: To the nail technician at an Arlington nail salon who, during my fill service, stopped and had me wait while he texted on his cellphone — several times! Then, during my pedicure, another technician commented on how skinny my legs were. I had paid for my services between the fill and the pedicure but, on my way out, another employee followed me outside to ask if I had paid!
