Stretch-n-Grow is ‘exerciting' (Odessa American)

It's exerciting! "What muscles do you sit on?" Liza Dutchover said to the rambunctious kids. "The gluteus maximus!" the children said in unison. The children, all 3 to 5 years old, are participating in a fitness and nutrition class called Stretch-n-Grow.
