Quanah's Academy
School Notes Overview:
Quanah's Academy started as a 1995 dream of my daughter, Quanah, an Electrical Engineering junior at Prairie View A&M and of myself. Quanah was killed in a car accident in Prairie View the next year. Our desire was to promote positive mindsets, instill Christian values, develop self-reliance, and encourage academic excellence! Our teachers hold bachelor and higher degrees and our school is licensed by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services and a member of the Association of Christian Schools International. Quanah's Academy admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students in the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, scholarships, or any other school-administered programs. The school's mission is to educate and nurture children to become Christ-centered, life-long learners. We also want to provide remedial education to help a child overcome "learning gaps"....
