WACO — Russell Matalik completed his high school track and field career with the ultimate success. One could say he “vaulted” to the top. Matalik, who recently graduated from St. Anthony’s Catholic High School in San Antonio, concluded his high school career as the TAPPS 5A pole vault champion.
