We have had our daughter at St. John's since Pre-k. I can't say enough about this great school. This school makes you feel like family, which is important. This school provides so much to the students, outstanding academics, sports, fine arts, after school activities. The school has added 4-H before Covid hit but started again and my child is so excited to be back in 4-H. It's not just about the animals, there is so much more to 4-H. They have chickens and goats! The faculty and staff are so fabulous with the students and parents. They will always answer your questions, when they can, mainly after school, but at least they will answer you as soon as they can! The students do have homework and I think that is great because they should have homework, we did, why would parents not want homework.... I give this school 5 stars because the classes are small and give the teacher and students more one on one. The school's academics are advanced but the student receives tools that they would need. Again, this school is GREAT!

Great school, could not be happier with the academic standards and expectations. The faculty work as a team with a single aim, to provide quality education in a traditionally Christian environment. To this is added the 4H programs, sports, arts, and languages, making SJS an outstanding school.

We have been blessed by St. John the Apostle! We have been a part of other public and Catholic private schools, but this school is the best we have been a part of. The Catholic Faith is practiced throughout every subject, every single day. Our son is receiving an advanced education from the very beginning of his education journey. The grade levels and curriculum are rigorous and engaging. The teachers truly care about the students throughout their education journey, not just a single year. We have been blessed to find a school community rooted in faith with high standards that push our children and all students to be who God intended.

I have worked at this school for twenty-one years, and I still wake up excited to come to work! Faith is at work in this place. You can feel it on a daily basis - ask any student or teacher. It has an open, yet safe campus, so we can feel the sunshine and breathe in the fresh air as we change classes The students get to enjoy the chickens and the goats that are taken care of by the 4H club. We have extracurricular activities, including gardening, and offer a range of electives too. One of the best things about St. John is the caring environment. The academics are challenging, but every student is given the tools he or she needs to succeed. We have several success stories to share.

Being a military family and moving so much, we wanted the best for our child. There are several other Catholic elementary schools around, but St. John the Apostle was the best. It is a Blue Ribbon school. The class numbers are small with lots of one on one personal time. We absolutely love the faculty and staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to see the kids succeed. The education here is very advanced and the kids will succeed in high school and beyond. We love St. John the Apostle!!!!

St. John's School has been our home away from home for 31 years. During that time, 2 other Catholic Schools were started in the area, one of which we lived very close to. My husband and I saw no need to switch for ease when we had everything at St. Johns. What is everything? Living our faith every day while at school, outstanding academics, fine arts and sport programs, after school activities, the same campus as our parish, and dedicated staff and faculty for ALL those years. This all equals having your children ready for the next step in their educational journey and I give 5 stars to SJS for keeping their standards high and living them day in and day out.
