Founded in 1922, Linton Hall School is scenically set on a 110 acre campus and remains true to the 1,500 year old Benedictine tradition of educating the whole person - body, mind and spirit.
With a warm and nurturing environment, we promote development of our students through balance and encouraging peace through understanding.
It is our mission to provide Catholic educational experiences that empowers students to master academic skills, to develop a sense of self-worth and integrity, and to learn to live effectively and responsibly with others.  Linton Hall School gives children the opportunity to feel God’s presence each day and allows each student to receive the support and challenges that he/she needs in order to develop into the very best that he/she can be!  We are so proud of the fact that our school embraces and loves children providing them a place to grow from 2 ½ years old all the way through 8th grade.   With the expansion of our preschool program, Little Sprouts, we are proud to continue growing our community and spreading the enthusiasm and tradition Linton Hall School exudes in every nook and cranny.
We offer outstanding academics with curriculum to meet the needs of each child, wonderful student/teacher ratios, engaging activities, an extensive list of extra-curricular activities, a sense of community and a safe, enjoyable place for child(ren) to learn and grow.  A place that allows each child to feel connected, appreciated and challenged to reach their fullest potential, makes Linton Hall School the best place to raise children!

School Reviews

Linton Hall School''s Little Sprouts Preschool is a wonderful preschool that offers a very warm, nurturing environment for your child. My three children have gone here and I can''t imagine them anywhere else. The school educates the whole child with basic fundamentals, play, music & movement, science, art, Spanish and more! The staff is more like our family and they really care about all of their children! This is an incredible program for preschool aged children (age 2 1/2 to Pre-K) in the Bristow, Gainesville, Haymarket and Manassas area and I highly recommend it!!!
