School Reviews

My daughter thrives at Prince William Academy! The advanced curriculum is excellent and daily Spanish classes are a bonus. We are fortunate to have found this school and would recommend it to everyone.

I highly recommend PWA to all parents who are searching for a school that truly cares about your child. The curriculum at Prince William Academy is above the rest! My child is currently enrolled in the elementary program. The teachers are great and my child receives individualized instruction. The classes are small and students participate in music, art, PE and technology classes weekly. PWA also has a dynamic World Language Program.

This is my son''s third year at PWA. My husband, my son, and I all love the school and teachers. My son is progressing very quickly. I feel that the advanced teaching is so beneficial to the kids. They can absorb so much information. What I love most about the school is that my child never seems to be frustrated or feels overwhelmed. He has started Kindergarten this year and is already reading (beginners), knows addition, subtraction, and some multiplication, is getting better at sounding words out so he can spell and write out sentences. He absolutely loves going to school which means to me that he is a happy student. He takes Spanish class on a daily basis and takes Mandarin weekly. There is also before and aftercare provided so I do not need to stress about rushing home from work to make sure he cared for. Unfortunately, the before/aftercare programs have had two hourly increases within the last year so my husband and I are trying to pick him up as soon as we can. My son does enjoy the aftercare program because he has a chance to play with the other kids from other classes. Improvements that can be made: Online accounts for parent/child. Enabling parents to see previous payments, pay online (w/o any additional fees). More Montessori teaching for each grade level

Prince William Academy is the best private school in Woodbridge. This school not only has very challenging and advanced curriculum but also offers 5 languages. This is our second year at Prince William Academy and my child loves this school. The Principal and the staff are highly educated with College Degrees, very professional, very helpful and they treat students and parents with lot of respect. We feel fortunate that our child attends this school. We highly recommend this school to all the parents looking for good private school.
