At Montessori Learning Center, our classrooms are "prepared environments" designed to allow each child to develop in an optimum atmosphere at his/her own rate. Hands-on materials include tools, child-size furniture, and planned exercises. Children find the Montessori materials inviting and exciting, filled with opportunities for discovery. All our classrooms have children of mixed ages. We follow a regular school calendar. Extended care is available before and after school for all students. In addition, the Montessori Learning Center offers a series of "camps" during the summer months. This includes academic programs as well as special sessions selected in consultation with parents and teachers.
