Swampscott resident Justine Long has been cast in the international tour of “Fame: The Musical.” She and 20 other cast members will begin rehearsal in Maryland this week in preparation for a five-month tour. SALEM and mdash; A two-week investigation of an "established drug dealer" ended in an arrest yesterday at his apartment on Washington. While police found a "small quantity" of drugs in Luis H.
