Bachman Academy is a day and boarding school for children in grades 6-12 with learning differences. Bachman offers a unique co-ed program for students with Dyslexia, Noverbal Learning Disorder, AD/HD and other learning challenges. Bachman's structured learning environment features small classes, hands-on instruction, and teaching methods designed to adapt to a variety of learning styles and paces. The unique curriculum focuses on integrating academics with career education opportunities such as mechanics, horticulture, carpentry, and equestrian. The 210-acre campus, a country setting in southeastern Tennessee, makes an ideal location for exciting outdoor academic activities.
