- As a school operated according to the practice of the Religious Society of Friends, we engage in Meeting for Worship twice weekly and on other school occasions. Students are expected to participate in silent meditation, but we do not proselytize.
- We offer a complete curriculum in the sciences, mathematics, English, history, foreign language, and electives such as art and sports.
- In the Friends tradition of service to others, each student is expected to complete forty hours of community service for each year attended as a requirement for graduation.
- Our program includes all-school field trips and service projects, and two camping retreats: one at the beginning of the school year, and the other at the end.
- Four days a week the school day ends with a "Renaissance" class graded on a pass/fail basis, featuring such subjects as art, sports, music appreciation, screen writing, video production and others reflecting the skills and interests of our talented faculty.
