Borough Mayor Michael Giordano Jr. sat down in front of nearly 50 third-grade students at East End Elementary School yesterday and started reading aloud "I Could Do That," a children's book by Linda Arms White about Esther Morris, a key figure in the U.S. women's suffrage movement who in 1870 became the nation's first female Justice of the Peace.
