Weddington Christian Academy Is A Ministry Of Weddington United Methodist Church.
The Creation Of A Quality Christian School For The Weddington And Surrounding Communities Was The Vision Of Reverend Paul Morell, Shana Stadler And Dr.
Lenny Stadler, Pastor Of Weddington Umc.
In January 2001, Preparations Began For Our Inaugural Class Of August 2001.
Wca Began With One Kindergarten Class, And The Goal To Add One Grade Level Per School Year.
As Of The 2006-2007 School Year, Wca Has Grown To A Full Elementary School, Offering 4 Year Olds Through Grade 5.
There Is A Growing Demand For An Alternative To Public School.
We Will Strive To Maintain Our Tuition High Enough To Attract Quality Teachers While Remaining Affordable For Most Of The Families In Our Area.
We Truly Do Not Seek To Be An Elite Private School.
The Larger Public School Class Size Can Make Learning More Difficult.
We Realize That Smaller Student-teacher Ratios Will Enable Students To Be In A Better Learning Environment To Receive A Quality Education.
