East End Inc., is a private provider of various customized programs for students with disabilities and at-risk youth. We currently have two locations in the city of Newport News, VA and the city of Norfolk, VA. We believe that every child deserves an education that will enable him or her to grow into a successful and self-sufficient adult. Our programs are designed to meet the developmental, academic, social and emotional need of students in grades K-12 with the primary handicapping condition of serious emotional disabled (SED) in a positive learning environment.
